When you contact me

The contact form collects your name, email address, subject, and message so I can read and respond to you. The site sends your message through Resend to my email inbox. Your email address is used as the reply-to address.

When you book a meeting

The Meet page collects your name, email address, chosen time, and any optional context you provide. It checks free and busy periods on my Google Calendar to show available times; it does not show visitors my calendar event details. When you book, the site creates a Zoom meeting and a Google Calendar event with your details and the Zoom participant link. The site asks Google to email the calendar invitation to you.

Only I authorize the site to access my Google Calendar. Visitors do not sign in with Google. The site uses that access to check availability and create or manage meetings made through this scheduler. Google access credentials remain on the server, and the site does not keep a separate copy of my calendar events.

Protection and short-term records

Cloudflare Turnstile helps check form submissions. The site sends the verification token and your IP address to Cloudflare for that check. It uses a keyed hash of your IP address in Upstash to limit repeated requests; those rate-limit records expire after 10 minutes. Meeting request records used to prevent duplicate bookings expire after 24 hours. A confirmed meeting also remains in Google Calendar and Zoom until it is removed there.

Website usage

On the public website, Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics collect website usage information. The site removes query strings and fragments before sending page URLs to Vercel Analytics. If you choose a light or dark theme, that preference is saved in your browser’s local storage.

Services involved

This site uses Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for bot checks, Upstash for short-lived abuse and booking records, Resend for contact email, Google Calendar for availability and invitations, Zoom for video meetings, and Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics for site usage. These services process the information needed for their respective functions under their own policies.
